Financial Reporting Details:

Bayoud1674 will provide detailed financial reporting to landlords as part of our services.  Our workflow consist of the following:

· Detailed budget of projected income and expenses

· Detailed income and expense reports with variance from the budget.  The reported income and expense report will use a standardized chart of accounts that adheres with the accounting principles used in Lebanon

· A copy of actual bank statement together with a reconciliation of that statement

· A General Ledger balance and posting detail report.  This provides detailed information for all account activity, organized by balance sheet and income and expense category

· Computerized accounting system as a stand-alone application for each property on premises

· Quarterly reporting within a week of end of each quarter
